Expansion of the work team

Martin Hladílek - technical manager

Our paths crossed with Mahoon about ten years ago when my wife and I were dealing with our first home. Back then, we were already impressed by the professional approach and broad knowledge of the financial market. Throughout the entire process, from buying the property, arranging the mortgage to insuring the apartment, the Mahoon team guided us through without the slightest hesitation and to our overall satisfaction. So there was no reason not to use their additional services and entrust our entire financial portfolio in their hands. We have always enjoyed their positive attitude and close relationship with their clients. So, when the opportunity arose to work with them later, the working environment was not completely unfamiliar to me.

At that time, I was looking for opportunities to get away from the computer more in my work and also to realize myself in manual activities. Technical manager - this is a great opportunity that combines both office work and field work in a good way. Thanks to the gradually gained experience from previous years, I can take care of not only various repairs or minor renovations in properties, but also coordinate the work when major intervention is needed. Complementing my workload are arranging regular inspections, providing meter readings or replacements, selecting contractors and communicating with clients. The aim of my work is to ensure all our managed properties are safe and secure in accordance with current legislation and to prevent problems or minimise any risks to owners or tenants.
